Please note that a final application and documentation to verify identity and income will be required and processed at that time. As final applications are only processed when a specific affordable home becomes available, we are unable to accommodate applicants' preferences for floor plans.

The availability of units at each pricing tier is restricted, and not all properties provide units at every pricing level. Prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice. but no more than once a year. Eligibility criteria include minimum and maximum income requirements. To qualify for this affordable housing program, the gross annual income of your household must not surpass the specified program limits. The maximum income is determined by the total number of individuals residing in an affordable home. Maximum Incomes are reviewed annually and may change without prior notification. This affordable housing program establishes the maximum rental rates and housing restrictions.

Utilities

Water, sewer, cable, phone, internet and electric are not included.

The landlord and their agents define all additional terms and conditions of the lease. Village Center at Hawk Pointe is a project of Asbury Farms Urban Renewal, and it is not associated with Washington, NJ, except as explicitly outlined in state regulations and local ordinances.
